Managing Partner
Erik is one of the Founders and Managing Partners of Truthan Capital and leads the execution of due diligence, capital sourcing, and portfolio management for Truthan Capital’s investments. Prior to founding Truthan Capital, Erik built a distinguished career in Fortune 500 firms and management consulting, where he developed a strong track record of transforming complex data into actionable insights and driving strategic decision-making for diverse clients. He has deep expertise in financial operations, accounting, and analytics, which he uses to optimize financial processes, improve profitability, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Sean Lee
Managing Partner
Sean is one of the Founders and Managing Partners of Truthan Capital. He leads the firm’s efforts in sourcing, deal structure and execution of Truthan Capital’s investments. Prior to being a Founder of Truthan Capital, Sean started his career in finance with Wells Fargo focusing on business and high net worth clients. Later he moved to Merrill Lynch as an advisor working with high net worth business owners and to a lower middle market focused merchant banking firm, Castle Crow sourcing platform and addon opportunities to private equity firms, strategic acquirers and family offices. Sean is the Managing Partner of Truthan Towers a strategic advisory firm focused on M&A and Strategic CFO services.
