  • Revenue: $5M – $50M
  • EBITDA:  Breakeven – $5M
  • Add-ons: can be earlier stage
  • Industries: Business Services, Value Added Distribution, Consumer, Healthcare

Transaction Structure

  • Control: 51%+ preferred
  • Focus: Privately held companies or opportunities

Real Estate

  • Total Enterprise Value: $15M+
  • Focus: Multi-family, light industrial

  • Prefer West Coast US based opportunities.
  • Will look at other regions/locales on a case-by-case basis
